Scorchpaw's Death

"Stay away!" Scorchpaw growled at the rogue standing near him. He unsheathed his claws. "No way are you coming near Shadowclan territory!"
The rogue advanced towards Scorchpaw. Scorchpaw held his ground but then the rogue swiped him aside and he banged head first into a tree. He groaned and laid slumped over one of the tree roots.
A Shadowclan patrol came dashing just in time through the thick undergrowth. A few killed the intruding rogue while another and Scorchpaw's mother, Gingerfoot, went over to him. Scorchpaw groaned when they tried to lift him. In result, they just laid down next to him and groomed his fur, making him feel comfortable.
Scorchpaw saw once last glance of his mother crying, before he felt a sharp pain in his head and everything went black. Scorchpaw watched his mother yowl and shake his body to get him to wake up. He watched, confused. "Is that me?" He asked, then watched as they dragged his body away.
