Scorchpaw's Training

Juncostar led the way to the training hollow. When she finally reached it she went to the snady side of it and sat down. "Are you ready? This shouldn't take long."

Scorchpaw followed her down and sat across from her. "Yes I'm ready."

Juncostar nodded. "Well first things first. As always you must know the code. Ours is very similar only we have added three things; 1. Defend the cat you are a guardian of even if it costs you your life.
2. All Clans below are treated fairly with the same judgement. 3. Train your apprentice in all ways. Every bit of knowledge can be used."

Scorchpaw nodded slowly. "I understand... wait the cat you are guardian of?"

Juncostar's eyes widened for a moment before going back to normal. "Yes. Most every cat has a guardian. When you are finished with your training I will assign you a guardian. And just so you know it probably won't be from ShadowClan." She explain. That he will know of. One day I will tell him more about who he will be guarding. "Now I will start by teaching you what you will probably find extremely boring. Healing. Very simple, you can use it on any living cat. When a cat is passed out from loosing blood we can heal them. But it also takes help from their medicine cat to keep wounds from getting infected. We won't practice this right now though. Ready for the next thing?"

Scorchpaw was silent for a minute. Hmm... she seems like she doesn't want to tell me about who I'm gonna guard......... He shook it off and focused on the other information. "I got it. We could move on," He said, nodding confidently.

"Alright. Next is our battle move. We can go down in the heart of a battle and defend cats down there. Normally you would defend the cat whom you are guarding but if you know that they are fighting for a wrong cause you can fight for another Clan. You can help them alone or get more StarClan cats to help you. It is very easy. Just use the path I led you up to go down there." Juncostar meowed. "Did you get all that? Because there is only one more thing you need to learn."

The young tom nodded. "I got all of it." He meowed, depending on his quick understanding of things. He waited patiently, his more calm and respectful side finally showing. He realized this cat was of high authority, and that it was not his to tamper with.

Juncostar nodded and went on. "The last thing you need to learn is the difference in showing yourself and not showing yourself. For some it is very easy and for others it is harder than anything else. All you have to do is think about if you want to show yourself or not to the cats living below. You can try it now if you would like. You can go to any territory to try it."

Scorchpaw tilted his head. "Okay." He padded down to Skyclan territory and looked around for someone to talk to.

Juncostar perched herself where she could watch.

(Bubbles can bring her StarClan cat into this RP if you would like. She could be visiting her former Clan or something and bump into Scorchpaw.)

Scorchpaw looked around and padded a little farther.

Lilyeyes slowly walked through SkyClan territory. She thought she heard something rustle in a bush but kept walking, eyes on the bush. As she took a couple steps forward she bumped into someone. She jumped up backwards, thinking she had bumped into a living cat. When she realized it wasn't she calmed down. "Um... Sorry." She meowed quietly to the stranger.

Scorchpaw did as Juncostar said and focused on who he wanted to see him. When he was sure Lilyeyes could see him he turned to her. "Hi!" He meowed, seeing she was a warrior. "Can you see me??" He asked hopefully.

Lilyeyes nodded. "Yes I can. And let me introduce myself. I'm Lilyeyes. I... I was just visiting my kit and mate for a little..." She meowed after a moment.

Scorchpaw nodded. "I understand.... I'm Scorchpaw. It's nice to meet you." He replied.

Lilyeyes nodded. "Nice to meet you Scorchpaw. Well we had better head back, or at least I should. Care to join me?" She asked.
